The Mission Viejo Homeowners' Association Inc. (HOA) is a voluntary community organization. We function as a State of Colorado non-profit corporation and have been in continual existence since 1975.
The Mission Viejo HOA is, by definition, not a common interest community and is not subject to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) (C.R.S. §38-33.3-101 et seq.).
The Mission Viejo HOA is a membership association that represents and promotes the interests of the single-family residences within the Mission Viejo community and matters affecting the whole development as they relate to these residences.
Mortgage Insurance Companies often inquire about status letters as they relate to covenant liens within our HOA. If you know that the property you need information on is a single-family unit and the property falls within the Mission Viejo covenant filings then you may download a copy of our standard mortgage inquiry letter by clicking HERE.
If you need more specific information regarding a single family residency and are inquiring about any outstanding covenant violation issues with the HOA please contact our treasurer by e-mail at:Contact Us
