20th Annual Veterans Day Celebration Mission Viejo Elementary School is proud to host our 20th Annual
Veterans Day Celebration. We warmly invite veterans from our school family and
community to join us for this special event. Please feel free to invite neighbors,
friends, and family members. While Memorial Day honors those who gave their lives in service,
on Veterans Day we recognize and thank those who served and returned home. Tentative Agenda | 7:45–8:15 am | Breakfast in the art room (for veterans only) | | 8:15–8:30 am | Parade of veterans | | 8:30–9:10 am | Student assembly in the gym | | 9:15–10:00 am | Brunch and fellowship in the cafeteria (for veterans only) | You may attend as much or as little of the program as you prefer.
The student tribute will be unforgettable, and your presence will make this day
especially meaningful. Veterans are welcome to wear uniforms or bring items to
share with students. Please DO NOT bring any weapons, real or replica. Important Details - If you plan to join us for breakfast, please plan extra time for
parking and entering the building, as morning drop-off for students is
7:35–8:00 am. Doors for veterans will open at 7:45 am with signs posted.
- RSVP by Monday, November 2, to Eric Cline at
clinecellars57@gmail.com or
720-839-4289 (call or text) so we can plan meals,
seating, and a special surprise.

Wall of Honor. Please send photos to

or drop them off at Mission Viejo Elementary. If you would like your photos
returned, please include return information.
- Each year’s celebration is dedicated to a person or
organization, and we look forward to unveiling this year’s dedication.
Thank you for allowing us the honor of celebrating you and your
service. Please reach out with any questions or suggestions. Eric Cline Veterans Day Event Coordinator, Mission Viejo Elementary School |
